Additional Aspects of Worship:

We enjoy traditional worship that is both creative and relaxed. Come as you are!

On the first Sunday of the month, we celebrate the sacrament of Holy Communion (Eucharist or Lord’s Supper). We practice an open table, which means that all are welcome at God’s table. You do not have to be a member of our church or any church, you don't have to be baptist, you don't even have to be in a good mood! You just have to come and know that you are a beloved child of God and God's grace is sufficient for you. Join us in this an ancient tradition that connects us with all Christians, past, present, and future; and connects us with God. We use unfermented juice of the vine (grape juice) so that all people can fully participate. We typically use intinction for communion, where you receive the bread and dip it in the common cup of juice then eat it.

The sacrament of baptism and the practice of confirmation are also part of our worship services after the appropriate preparation by the participants.
